how do i discharge a battery?

I don't how it happen but, but suddenly both my batteries are above 60 volts, Now since my controller blocks anything above that I can't discharge them... So I need somehow to reset them.

You can discharge a battery by applying a load to it. Common loads include light bulbs, heater cores, etc.
