How does your ebike weight?

23.5kg but a tad over weight. 1.1kg lost to my lock and 1.1kg lost to a stand-off bracket to get my frog box from directly under the seat. That bracket and box is soon to be swapped for a 350g internally caged fabric frame bag, saving a kg at least.
Weight matters, especially in the rims. I like carrying the extra half kilo of DH sun mammoths though. I don't watch for potholes at 25mph, I watch traffic flow.

I think going electric added about 7.5kg

39.5lbs (17.91Kg);

26" wheels, carbon Chinese MTB frame, SLX cranks, XT geartrain, Saint pedals, 36v 10AHr, LiMn2O4, 250w front hub (which I'd love to know how to de-limit).

My full suspension mountain bike conversion comes in at 115 lbs loaded down with two small cargo boxes, 25ah worth of lipos, lights, some tools, and tire changing equipment. It is a bit heavy but I also use steel rims, better tires and tubes which adds to the weight.

Before I put on the brooks flyer saddle, two legged kickstand, and tubus rack, my bike woe goes in at 39.

I'll BET you guys I have the ebike/setup with the highest gross weight of any "standard bicycle" on the forums! (besides teklektik's Yuba) The "Phat Bike" is a converted Specialized Sport Expedition, a slightly "crank forward" bike similar to the Trek Pure or the Electra Townie. I love the upright seating position but it's terrible for aerodynamics, absolutely the worst, most draggy seating position. (I've seen one aero chart here on E-S that calls this the "European Riding Position".)

Phat Bike comes in at 65lbs. That includes:
1.1KWh LiPo 18S3P
Crystalyte HS3540
Pannier with three wrenches, allen wrenches, spare tube, repair kit.
26 inch Schwalbe Marathons front and back
Tubes filled with Stan's
Small scooter windshield
If I carry clothes and laptop in the pannier, bike reaches 80lbs loaded down

When I first started riding, I weighed 275 + 80 bike = 355lbs all-up.

Because of the high, gross weight (gross is right), I've never been able to get the performance others have gotten with a Crystalyte HS3540 on 18S. I've been able to reach "normal" speeds of about 32mph wide-open but range drops off fast. For maximum range, I'll slow down to about 23-26mph and pedal a lot, then I can go over 40 miles at a time if I need to.

Now, I've gotten rid of the pannier, have a small tote strapped to the top of the rear rack and I've lost 30lbs with the goal of 30 more lbs.

I'll update this posting AFTER the 30 more lbs with "before/after" performance statistics on the Phat Bike!

Currie eZip Trailz - about 60 lbs naked (the bike, no me)
Add batteries ( 4 x 12v 15 AH SLA, plus 1 12v 9AH for the lights ) and it adds 70 lbs to the bike
...then my 250+lbs of self....
THEN add saddle bags with my work stuff and it adds up...

With all of this, modified rear wheal converted to a 48v 1000w hub motor and I can still hit 35 MPH...
