Months later after the original post on this thread, I'm looking at the website picture again. Now I wonder it it wasn't a larger diameter direct drive motor in the spoked version, with a smaller geared ,motor in the cast wheel version. If direct drive, sure, it could drag like a boat anchor when the speed limiter cuts off power.
ANd for positiv's question "Anyone knows what to do when I'm turning off the controller the clutch not able to disengage?", my answer is to first determine if your bike is a geared motor or direct drive.
If it is geared, you could replace the clutch if someone will sell you one, and if you can open the motor.Me, I'd replace the motor even though it means re-spoking.
