My HiBoy Max 3 scooter broke and about a year later I repaired, but I forgot the password to my original account that I tied it to.
I cannot tie a new account to my scooter because the app says "The device is activated, please reset the device before proceeding."
How do I reset the scooter? The scooter works great, it just wont bind to the app.
When I contacted HiBoy, they want to charge me to replace the controller unit.
