Hi.

I'm having trouble with my first ebike build. Which is that the motor turns in right direction but it is loud and rough and draws high current with no load (blew 20A fuse).
Poor video but you can hear the sound when the motor is spinning.

This is Conhis hub motor and Kelly controller KBS48121.

Motor phase wires are color coded and matched with controller also colored wires.
Also hall sensor wires.

Any ideas what the problem is?

yep. don 't ride it like it is,, it will blow your controller.

Use this info - https://endless-sphere.com/w/index.php/Determining_the_Wiring_for_a_Brushless_Motor

Alright I think I have figured it out. I followed instructions at https://endless-sphere.com/w/index.php/Determining_the_Wiring_for_a_Brushless_Motor
Now the motor takes much less amperage and does not have this rough sound.

If someone has the same setup like me here is the combination.
