re: unibody... GeeBee's rig is made of coroplast (fluted polypropolene), which is very light, durable and won't crack on impact.

The coroplast is so available and inexpensive, that modding and repair are an afternoon lark.

Zippy-ties and gaffers tape... the stuff dreams are made of.

I've seen a shell that was built like a kite. thin carbon rods for a frame, and nylon cloth streached over it.
