HV-LV alarm design help

I don't claim to be all that crash hot on electronics so if anyone wants to shoot this preliminary idea down please do so. Won't be surprised if I have missed something stupid.
I started looking into solutions for cell HV/LV after having a celllog fail on me. In the process it seems to have evolved into a high current balance board as well :? .

It would help to have some more comments in the schematic explaining what each portion does so I don't have to go look up every datasheet and learn about the parts.

I was thinking the same. I'd like to comment, but don't have time to reverse-engineer the schemo to understand design intent. Doovalacky, can you summarize the theory of operation here?

I will add some more info when I finish a new design. I stuffed up the output on the IC not realising it switched to ground.
