Yeah my md80 packed it in so I bought another one and this one, http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130446019303&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT (sorry don't know how to make "this one" the the link site), but on a short ride today I was thinking this would make a nice video considering a lovely day, had some rain after about a 5 month drought and ripper scenery along the swan river near where I live, this ride runs very close to the rivers edge and is flanked by natural flats, anyway just in the cycle way ride was a water spillway so proceeded and another, slowed a bit more for this one because the first was about 5 inches at its deepest and near soaked me from spray, well a little further my motor rumbled on throttle and had no power, the front drive hub motor had obviously indused water into the axle input feed wires, well seeing as I was on a bike with full functioning gears I proceeded anyway utilizing almost all of them bringing me to my destination with repeated attempts to power on to no avail and returning in the same manner, until I think something dried out enough to have my power back and boy was I smiling

Heres a test run with that new camera / sunglasses, it's not too bad considering a 720 x 480 res. @ 30fps, had I done more searching would have found a better resolution one with 1280 x 960, Oh well thats me,

This is where I wet my halls, it was much deeper before but took it nice and gentle to be sure, last time took about a week to dry plus another wet ride

Lovely path. I have the low res go pro, and wish it was high res.

I found I could make the vid look a bit better, by using a higher resolution when publishing the vid in windows movie maker. It wouldn't make the pic high res, but it would use more pixels. So what previously looked like squares would just be a bit blurred instead of looking pixelated. Hate it when motion makes all those low res squares visible in the pic.

Hi Mark, nice video, were you just pedalling for that one with the halls still broken in the hub motor? Do you have plans to fix that motor up?

Those sunnie-cams look interesting do you recomend them? They seem like they would be easy to use, which is appealing, but the quality doesn't seem too great.

Yes Ive seen some of your videos Dogman, very very entertaining, but the high def. go pro would def. be the go, these are much cheaper at around $50 with a 4gb card, I have another on order for $35 without card, but 1280 by 960 res. should be better, er the motor did come good Simon, but I'm not in the 60 kph range class yet, but can cruze at about 40kph, I took that same puddle real slow this time although it was not nearly as deep, got to do more to keep that water out though,

cheers all
