i have a apt controller that came on my time moto is there any way i can program the controller to make my bike faster

If you look around this subforum, there are some threads about this brand of controller that might be helpful.

Whether programming it would make it go faster or not depends on:
--whether it is programmable at all
--whether any settings you need aren't locked out by the manufacturer for various reasons
--whether it has a speed limit
--whether your riding conditions take more power than it can provide
--whether the battery voltage and motor winding or gearing are enough to give you whatever speed you're after
and probably other things.
The software itself would come from the manufacturer of the device you want to program; they may also have to sell you the cable for it, or they may have info available that shows you which kind of cable to buy so you can find one elsewhere.
