iCharger 208B 350W 8s Balance/Charger power supply

Ok first off a project box.
plastic 12x12x6 box from my local wholesale house (Platt). The may have them at home depo. Banna plugs and 12vdc lights to make sure each power supply in on.

The insides. I left one power supply intact and took the other 2 out of there metal cases (attempting to float the commons so I could series the power supplies and not worry about diodes that would be needed if I paralled).

I would say the biggest pain in the ass is figuring out what wire is what . Some PS have sense wires and remote switch's which is a pain to figure out. One of them did not work very well until I put a small load across the 5v out put.

I am sure there is some very skilled electronics people here that can put some useful input in this conversion.

A key factor here is that the iChargers are limited to 25A output, so when considering needed output wattage and the required input voltage, take this max. input of 25A into account.
