importing a bike battery / set of cells into israel

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can please clarify the costs and potential pitfalls of importing a bike battery vs importing individual cells into israel. I should note that this is a one off thing. I do not intend to do it for commercial purposes.

I am currently considering assembling my own bike battery vs. purchasing one but I am not sure what difficulties I could have with Israeli customs.

The two options:

1. I import a single battery (48V). Which category will it come under? Should it be declared as battery or as a bike battery? How much customs taxes will I pay?

2. I import 65 cells to assemble a battery. What are peoples experiences with importing individual cells? Will I have problems with customs? Do I declare it for personal use? Finally, how much customs tax will I pay?
