In-hub steering

At the moment i don't have mounts for disc brakes. I need to make prototype reducing cost by simplifying hub as i am funding this out of my pocket and cant stretch too much. I have 3 x M6 on the inner hub to mount a bracket for brake caliper. Probably that's gonna happen after i look into your approach and also see what Steve Spencer has to say about their design. I really like rake adjust on hes hub. As i said before, lack of mechanical engineering education makes it difficult for me to work and calculate by the numbers and i am going looking at other designs and common sense. Perhaps you have a link on the bearing you have used?
The car looks awesome.
Thanks for your help, really appreciate it.

If you use Internet explorer to open this website

http://www.geutskens.eu/neracar/index.htm

Then use the Drawings and the Pictoral Parts list you can see what Ner a Car used.
A single 90x 50 x25 double roller bearing

Or try Avro Monocar

Finally Look up Radd Parker motorcycle front ends for some more information

Here is another bike with in-hub steering, for reference:

my college hpv had one custom made by phil wood,
with a bb/crank in the mix

seen these two?

I think I can say I have seen all of them as I went through all google photo search results on center hub steering, in hub steering and occasionally check for new stuff. The italjet scooter front is a bit off, does not look right. Dan Tichmarsh told me he would not build another so i assume it is time consuming and expesive. Last two are somehow quiet. What I like about through axle design is rake change on the fly. Anyone could adjust for hes needs.
What I search in design and think about a lot is how to manufacture it within reasonable cost.

Any developments on this great project ?
I am also studying the possibilities of developing such a design.
I understand that the main cost are the large ball bearings and the cnc machined part/s
I even tried searching Bimota Tesi parts for the front hub/swingarm but without success.

Johammer's implementation is a great recent example
