Inaccurate LED or controller problem?

Indeed, let it go so I don't have to lock the thread.

It is a bit of a confusing read by now. It seems to me you had several things going on. One was simple, the led is relatively accurate, but it's set for lead, meaning it's supposed to read empty at 47v.

The cutouts are another story. Something in the controller could have been overheating, but my money is betting on the crimp was causing a voltage drop.

All fixed now apparently?
