Inokim ox hero falls dead

Hello

I have a new inokim hero

Just have got one issue... At just 65km...quite new

While riding the engine falls out as well as the contoller
I stop and try to get him on.... Doesn't work

Make my ride ending at feet ... When home I put him to the charger and everything works again.... Weird
The controller gives at this time a 75% battery

What could it be?

Where do I have start my searching?
It's now at the charger

You probably got error code 22/35 but didn't notice it on the display.
Happens to me too. I just power cycle and it works again.
