been a while but i'm back, like a bad penny :)

OK new issue - had a bike frame failure (drop-outs) eventually, due to high torque (1000w), so I got a more suitable new frame and simply swapped my e-bike kit over to the new frame, no changes just a swap-over, however I'm experiencing intermittent power loss after only a short spell on my journey!!
The LED's remain on so I know there's still power from the batteries, the strange thing is that on getting the bike home and onto its centre stand & then putting it through testing I notice this power-loss can be induced by tilting the bike over slightly or shaking it! At first I thought maybe its a loose connection inside the controller? so whilst keeping the bike upright I then grabbed the controller I shook it - and it had no effect on the issue!!
I've triple checked the battery terminals & made sure they are nice 'n firm (rock solid), so I'm left thinking one of two options A) faulty throttle switch (twist grip btw), or B) something loose internally with the rear hub motor?
Any Ideas people? Much appreciated.

If all else fails you can start removing individual components and tilting them until you find the culprit.

thanx for the quick reply flat tire.
yep, I suppose dismantling again and tilting every component individually would be a work around, I guess that might be my only course of action; I was kinda hoping someone here on the forum had come across this issue themselves at some point and found a remedy/solution without me having to rebuild again?!

*Yeahhhh, Update - Found it!! It was a break half way along the throttle cable, internal - nothing to indicate as such externally. It must have happened during my refit onto the new frame. Luckily I located and dug-out my 'e-bike tester' (which I'd actually forgot I had) and it pointed to a sporadic fault on the throttle circuit.
p.s. I now realise that it wasn't so much the tilting & shaking that caused the fault to raise its ugly head but it was in fact the actual cable pulling and stretching as I turned the steering/handlebars - exacerbating the break in the wire!
