If I am in your shoe, Forget ebay and Instead get in touch with Cell_Man (Paul) or Hyena (Jay) or some else who does sell highly reputation.

Ebay sells ebike tend have a full of CRAP and lowly quality easily break down. That's what I see someone complain in ES forum.

If you buys from Cell_Man (Paul moved to China from USA or England) or someone else like Hyena (Jay) who is located in Aussie. I am guaranteed you will be very happy with their products very reliable such powerful motor and batteries. Depends what you choice components like batteries, motor, controllers and etc.

I'd say it's one of those cases where if 5 minutes before the auction finishes, it hasn't reached their secret reserve, then they will either pull the item, or bid on it themselves, then claim no paying bidder.

There's no way they're going to let that go at $200.

It's a bid item and now at $338. If I needed one, I'd give it a go. Looks like the same motor I have now. if you can get it for $600, might be a good deal.

Appears to be better than usual if the specs are true. 48v 20 ah battery? Seems small for that, but maybe not for limn. At least it's not coming with a 10 ah pack that's being flogged by a 20 amps controller.

I'm a bit suprised by 40 bucks to ship anywhere in the world. That's really too low for an entire bike. Obviously not going to come fast. They won't lose money on the shipping if they don't ship of course.

Likely not going to go for cheap. The shill bidders will pop in at the end of course.

I'd say go for it, but not with money you can't spare if it is a scam.

Would you really consider paying more than a couple of dollars to a vendor on his first ebay transaction?

It's bad enough being burned by someone with multiple transactions and a 97%+ positive rating.

its got to be a scam the freight charges dont make any sense, it doesn't add up at all.
