Issue with GNG Mid-drive Kit

I've started a build with the 60V 700W GNG Mid Drive Kit, and I'm having an issue getting it to run.

We have the kit and battery hooked up as GNG specifies with a few slight additions, but when we connect the battery and twist the throttle we hear a faint click in/near the controller the and then nothing happens.

In addition to what's in the wiring diagram from GNG we have the keyswitch going to a switch on the handlebars then to battery positive. The battery negative goes right to the controller via the Anderson connector, and the positive on the controller is wired through a high current switch to the positive on the battery pack.

I have a 15Ah 15s Lipo battery pack that's currently measuring ~57V

Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

Here is what I do first: Interchange any two of three phase wires to the motor.

We tried some switching of the phase wires, but still weren't able to get even rough/noisy rotation of the motor. :/

We were able to get it to work last night. There was an issue with the handlebar switch I ordered, but the bike is cruising now!
