For simplicity I was thinking to just build it all in to one case with plexiglass so it is possible to see all the "6s monitors" and the "charge leds" of the chargers.

Charge current is only 800mA (rated) so charge time will be 10+ hours for 4 6s 8000mAh batteries, but I was thinking bulk charging at home and slow charging at the office.

This idea just jumped into my head and I just made a quick sketch (below)
I might very possibly have forgotten something important so please let me know what you think og this idea.

The problem might be the 3 cell chargers are not isolated, so would form a short circuit if all connected to the same 12v supply. It could work if each charger had a separate isolated 12v supply.

Just get a 48v meanwell for your bulk charges, and something that can accurately balance 6S groups, whenever ya need to balance it.. ( rarely )

I already have a 48V 1200W SCN-1K2-48. The problem is controlling the current.. I am working on that.

But I would still love a " plug ang forget" sollution to charging. Charging at cell level seems very tempting as it solves the balance problem and seems really easy once set up properly.

Not so sexy, but how about using one of these per charger? Should solve the insulation problem?

4 chargers of dubious quality and 4 power supplies.

I think if you go through with this, later down the line you will regret it and prefer 1 plug to the battery and a power switch.. which is easy to accomplish with a BMSBattery, meanwell, or 12S-14S RC lipo charger setup.

I bought these several years ago.
You can buy them now for about 5 USD on ebay.
You will also need the separate power supplies witch will also be 5+ USD a piece.

I am hoping to make a setup that also allows bulk charging for when I am in a hurry.
Are there any 12-14s lipo chargers? I didn't know that.
Can you please explain what the different components in your setup are?

I am running 10S or 20S most of the time, so my charging setup is simple.

That is an iCharger 1010b+ and it will handle 10S max. There is a 14S charger out there, the hyperion net duo.
There is also the thunder 1220 12S charger, cheap, but not tested ( you are taking a risk ) by ES.

On the right is a 350w meanwell, set to charge 10S, but can be adjusted higher in voltage to charge 12 or 13S in bulk..
But these meanwells are extinct now
kingpower / "EMC" chargers now do the same job.. here is one interesting thread on them:

This morning charging was finished. The cell voltages were all 4.20 or 4.19

The Hobbyking "Battery Monitor 2-6S" was completely off however. Those things are not to be trusted.

Check with Sure lectronics on E-bay ...and SPECIFY you want an S-350 variant..they may still have a few left..they got me one after first sending me an NS variant.

I should not be telling you this..I should really just buy them all for my self

I think noise is a problem with all of those solutions, though.
