Kelly KLS 7230N Controller

Hey Guys, I have this controller and I was not able to connect to my android phone with the bluetooth to run the motor. I have emailed the Kelly Controller people in China and they are useless. Is there anybody here i can call n the phone and figure out this simple problem? THanks
