I am currently in the midst of setting up the KLS2475H to run a 3kW BLDC motor. I was just wondering if anyone has any information on how I would select the right sized motor and power cables. Also I was wondering which main contact relay to use. The controllers maximum current output is 500amps and the motor maximum current is 156A (Please see images attached). The motor and controller are both 24V. I have also attached the controller data sheet for reference. I am struggling to get information out of Kelly as it is the Chinese new year holiday period.
I would greatly appreciate some input as this is for my final year project of electrical engineering. Thanks everyone!
