Can anyone give a summary on the companies Kokam vs Xalt Energy? I find it all very confusing. http://www.kokam.com is still available. http://dowkokam.com/ is down. http://kokam.en.ec21.com/ is yet another site. Then we have http://www.xaltenergy.com/ which apparently sells both their own as well as Kokam battery cells. But no complete modules, as far as I can tell.
I'm only interested in complete battery modules. Another thing that is very confusing is the maximum discharge rate of the Kokam batteries. If you look at the specs for the individual cells (for example SLPB72216216) it is rated 5 C, but a battery module with the same cell (KBM216216-31-13S) is only rated for 2 C?!
