Hi I have a KT-LCD8H and I have changed the settings but now I can't see what speed im doing because it just stays on zero,
How do you change the settings to see what speed you are doing?

I once installed an KT-LCD8S with a G311 Bafang motor for a friend:

Check my settings:

P1: 176. I obtained this by multiplying 11 by 16, where in this case, 11 is the gear ratio, and 16 is the number of magnets on the G311 motor.

P2: Wheel generated 6 pulse signal by a revolution.

C1: 5. You can also test where the PAS sensor is mounted, on the left or right pedal.

C10: If you want to to automatically restore factory settings.

Thank you for your reply my wheel size is 700c but I don't have PAS sensor mounted.

Then, you only have throttle control. If you can, please show with a picture how your settings look.

Or, alternatively, you can enter C10 and restore factory settings.

My kit is a 48V 1500w brushless motor with a 48V 17AH battery.

Do you remember what you changed?
Or with which settings you tested, or what you wanted to achieve?

Once something funny happened to me, and I was checking everything like you are now, only to realize I had the assist level set to 0.

The only thing I remember changing was LIM, DIM and UNT and I think P1 and I wanted to change the the setting to enable the thumb throttle.

I have a 48V 1500W REAR WHEEL CONVERSION KIT with a 36V controller and a 48V 17AH Lithium Hailong Li-ion Battery fitted on a trek dual sport 2 can someone tell me what the best settings for the LCD8H screen are too get the highest speed and to make the battery last longer before each charge.
I have tried all the above but have not had any luck.
These are my current settings.

Moderator edit: removed "shouting" of huge bold font size. Please only post normal text size, using such things to highlight specific things like section headers, etc. Making your entire post huge just makes it difficult for anyone to read, and less likely for them to be able to help you.

YouTube is your friend.

If what you wrote above is true...I think it's not advisable to use your 36-volt controller with a 48-volt battery.
In that case, parameter P5 is incorrect.

Try to change P3 to 0. When set to 1, the PAS level limits speed. Regardless of if the PAS is installed of not.

Here are my settings for my Shengyi 1000w geared rear hub motor.

Change C5 to 10 as docw009 said because, as it is now at 5, it means 1/3 less current from the controller.
