KTM freeride e-xc charger problem

Hi!
My charger for my bike give me 31 error code.
I Have tried to check connectors and cables and i cannot find anything wrong.

I looked in the manual but the code are not in there.
Hope anyone can help so i can get my bike running again.

If the charger can provide error codes it probably communicates with the battery as well. In that event, the most likley problem is the battery has bad cells that are not safe to recharge, so it tells the charger not to charge, and the charger then gives you the error.

If the manual for the bike tells you what the codes mean, that may help you tell where the fault lies (charger or batttery).

There are some threads on the KTM bikes here on ES, including at least one on rebulding it's battery, which may have more info that could help you if it's the same system yours has.

It works to charge the battery with another charger so the problem have to be the charger itself.
And even if i dont connect the cables to the battery, i get the same error.
I have searched for the code and more info about the charger but i cannot find anything.
