I’ve had a problem with my charger for me lads kuberg trial e. Tbh it’s been a problem for a long time but now it’s not playing ball at all. The charger lights up blue and goes red when connected to the bike but after a minute or so all lights go out. I’ve tested with a multimeter and get nothing at the connection but the plug side ok. When it’s had a few hours being disconnected it works again but does the same. To me that sounds like a capacitor or something.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Probably the battery's BMS is preventing charge to protect you from a fire due to damaged cells in teh pack (discharged too far, one bad cell group, etc).

Possibly the charger's output cable or connector has a poor connection, so when it starts current flowing, resistance is very high, so voltage goes up at the charger end, and the charger thinks it's done.

Remotely, the charger could just be bad.
