LiFePO Dead ? Or Low Voltage Cutoff?

Hello.
I’m 24 hours banned from Facebook account I made a joke about a feral cat being up for sale.
A funny thing happened on the way to the forum...
The bike auxiliary battery, 12v8ah LiFePO4, was on for 2.5 to 3 hours.
It went dead , 0v , and it must be the low voltage cutoff. Okay, the actual voltage is 12.42.
It’s out of the case, I bypassed the circuits.
Will it come back on when the voltage comes up)

If it was discharge to only 3.1 Volts per cell it should be undamaged and should charge right back up.

13.45volts right now, but using battery clamps, and there is 0.0 volts at the terminals.

I never opened up one of these before.
What is the printed circuit board?
It appears to have an aluminum heat-sink?

I think I need one of these, mine appears dead.

I checked voltage, one side was 6.68, and the other was 6.98 !
So I took it off the charger, it was unbalanced
