I am building this electric drive rc lawnmower and will be using 6s 10ah lipo battery. I need onboard charging solution. This is the situation. I would like the battery to be permanently pluged in to charger as I am planning on doing drive in charging. These are few questions:
1. Is there 6s 220ac plug and play charger out there? No settings to adjust, starts charging when ac is connected? If not,
2. Can I split balance wires on the battery and use 2 of these:

simultaneously?
I am planning on building this with remote camera and having a small dedicated garage for it with 220 socket and guide system to park and charge with socket in the garage and plug on the mover
Thanks

OK, found skyrc e6 ac charger. The main question now is if it will not blow when battery is constantly connected to the charger while plugging the ac.

24-25v bulk charger with a battery medic connected. Plug in and set medic to bleed at 4.1-4.2V. But I wouldn't risk it.

I'm not sure about that particular charger, but in general the charger will tend to drain the batteries when the AC is disconnected. Maybe not fast, but over a long time could be an issue. It would be good to measure the drain of the charger when it's off.

One way around this would be to use a AC powered relay in series with the charger so it automatically disconnects from the pack when the AC is off.

Hmm... remote control lawn mower with a camera? I can imagine using such a thing to chase small animals around. What the heck, why not humans too.

Charger without balancing is not an option. I want to leave it unattended with minimal risk.
Thanks Fetchter, in line relay sounds good if it will not drain through balance wires.
My friend was thinking the same, only he sugested paintball turret :)
I actually liked that idea :d

I believe the first rule in charging is never leave lipo charging unattended. A balance charger for lipo is a must.
