Is the description/title of this bms correct? The specs in the description looks like li-ion but it says it is for lithium iron phosphate. This one has 4 fet and handles 40amp instead of the 3 fet 15amp li-ion one I was looking at. I would ask the seller but I assume this english is terrible as phosphate isn't even spelled correctly. Unbelievably cheap :D

edit in the title it says "Type of batteries : lithium cobalt / manganese lithium / ternary materials", these are all 4.2v chemistry right?

I just bought three. I only see good feedback for them so I am guessing it is li-ion but I guess no one bothered to comment to the seller that it is not for lifepo4? Can you confirm by the components on the board that it is li-ion?

edit: ok I see on the actual board it says 36v so I guess good to go then!

i don't like this design with the opto transistor circuit either. this is just a copy of ping's original v1 except this one has less than half the balancing current of the ping. and fewer mosfets on the discharge too.
