I know women that are less maintenance then the lithium packs I had my night mares begin under load first I exp voltage sag when it seems dat I have overcome this. Is its seems to be over current whatever's coz as soon as I touch throttle it cuts off I ended putting my SLA 48v12Ah and its smooth as baby bottom. So here's what I got 1000w 48v evo scooter parts I have to upgrade so far boma 1500w Bldc mid drive motor with 12fet Lyen controller, 48-84v 45amps1500w greentime controller my battery (2nd lithium pack 1st pack died coz I didn't know concept of balance charging) now is SXT 48v20Ah lifepo4 which i think consist of BAK 3000mah lifepo4 8.9wh cells 16s6p due to damage cells it is now 16s5p Bms was 30amp max but I change to 30amp continuous 60amp max. My upgrade is a big failure pre installation tests seem to be ok but under load diff story always cutting off for one or what ever reason dat I decided to out my old SLA Batteries in and BaM things r as shld b. So I'm thinking bout 15Ah 5C head ways in 16s2p with 50amp cont 100amp max bms Coz Dnt wana exp voltage sag or any over current ever again. Also have 20v super capacitor usually used for car sound systems. Hopefully der way to use it as a booster pack for hills or quick acceleration. Any suggestions n help wld be appreciated

Honestly, you sound way to inexperienced to be throwing around these high voltage lipo packs. You can destroy them, and they can start a fire. You need to be 100% sure of what youre doing before you begin when dealing with lipo cells.

You need a BMS that can continuously output the ESC's max output. This is just a rule of thumb to make sure your bms and batteries arent your throttle choke point, and if your ESC is properlly oversized for the motor it makes the motor a choke point, and motors can be pretty robust these days.
