Can vouch for these! Ive got two of the 120v25a ones, use them in parallel to charge a 28s pack and they work perfectly fine. Theyll also probably last a good bit longer than any other cheapo purpose built unit as these are reused server power supplies/telecomme inverters that are usually rated for very long lifecycles.

Itll take either, the selection for region just specifies what plug it ships with not the actual input voltage.
