Looking for a punch for 0.15mm nickel

I have a punch that works great but is super heavy and isn't built for my use of punching many 3mm holes fast enough.
I need something like this:

That can do 3mm holes and be as big as a set of pliers.

I'm making modern art and want to show my love for battery packs with weird holes patterns in my nickel strips.
and also to have an M3 bolt go through it to lock the busbar on it but now am changing my busbar design and will need more than the two holes per busbar I used until now.
