Well yes there is more inside that case a bms with 15 wires first one is neg one the second is pos one .now move pins over so now #2 is now neg #2. And wire 3 is pos #2 and so on to wire #15 kis pos # 14 . do some reading and some advice from fechter.

EM3ev uses 2.75V per cell group for their BMS low voltage cut off.

That works out in a perfect world at 38.5V for 14S battery.
