I have just finished fitting a 24v Tongxin to one of my recumbent trikes, it is setup similar to a stoke monkey allowing all gears to be powered.
This is basically an assist for hills etc. I will test with some crappy SLA's I have but am interested in the Hobby king batteries.
Specifically these ones

and 2 of these chargers

The Turnigy 5011 Balance/Charger can charge and balance 2-3 cell lipoly packs.
A snap to use, simply connect this unit to any 12v battery (car battery) with the supplied aligator clips or use a 12-16v power supply such as;

And I will fit a Turnigy Watt Meter and power Analyzer to monitor battery voltage so I dont over discharge them.

Any experience, suggestions ?
