Luna BBSHD 750

I am looking at a BBHD 750 Luna stamped motor. What is this unit? I thought BBHD was a 1000 watts. Is this a special programmed Luna Cycle unit? Can this be fine tuned with the usb cable. Is this an older design?

Is it a 36 volt model? If so, that would account for the different power rating.

In the description it says it is 48 volts. The motor carry the serial number 1609237533
