M500 wont turn on

Okay guys need help on my first build wont turn on

Test been done

1. Making sure power is good from battery to the plug on motor tested okay 55.7v

2. Removed motor and did a y plug testing the controller power on and try to turn it on NOThing voltage dint move

3. Unplug battery but volt meeter still attached
Voltage remains if i press ON botton voltage should drop but NO voltage stayed 54volts

Need help pls any input just trying to finish this built

Polarity wise is all good

Connection wise 4 plugs
1st plug lcd
2nd plug brakes not use
3rd plug speed sensor
4th +_- plug

Strange part is when i plug it in to besst tool everything works when i unplug besst tool. Motor or lcd wont turn on again any thoughts and help

After further diagnostic no power coming from the green can plug
