Hello everyone I have a razor ecosmart sup/hd and can't figure out why its not working. As far as I tested it seems to be betting power to controller and throttle. Throttle seems to show 5v 40v and the throttle around .8 to 5v on the signal wire when I twist it. Hall sensors seem to be putting out 5v on all 3 leads. When I unplug and connect the phase wires 2 at a time I get cogging and when I do all 3 its smooth Resistance. I also could t find any shorts with a multi meter or visually. Would the only option be the controll went bad? Everything lights up and seems to be sending signals as far as I can tell. I also tried it with a ryobi 40v 4ah battery to test it if that matters.
