Mini Bike Frame for a Stable Cruiser with Aggressive Acceleration

Looking to build a "cruiser" style electric mini bike and I'm not sure which frame would be a good starting point. I want the bike to be comfortable to ride, and capable of handling aggressive acceleration (longer wheelbase). I'd plan on adding front suspension/swing-arm if it doesn't come with it already.

Open to all suggestions.

I'd honestly see if you can buy one of these types of ebikes used and broken, the number of non-electric frames with smaller size wheels that aren't built for a kid is extremely small. Trying to find one and failing lead me to build a semi recumbent bike, which i like a hell of a lot more than an upright nowadays.
