Mongoose CX24v450 Manual

Does anyone have the user manual for a Mongoose CX24v450 electric bike? I recently picked bought one used. Rear wheel seized up on me. I think it's because it's missing a spacer on the pedal sprocket side.

Update: The rear pedal sprocket works itself loose and rubbing up against the swingarm. The single speed freewheel sprocket appears to have been upgraded.

I know you typically need a four notch freewheel removal tool to remove them, but I've read most recommend not to use the tool to tighten the sprocket. I tried hand tightening it but, it still comes loose.

Any suggestions?
