Mongoose,new controller can't figure it out it dual mode and from China and I have a 750 hub to connect it to and a 36v battery please let me know

My issue is connecting to my hub I have a display but trying to keep less extra want to keep it throttle, controller,hub just for simplicity but I believe it is not working it's a 48v to 72v brushless dual mode controller ,speed controller and a 750 shengyi hub it to is a 48v so I can send pic or give any info i just can't get it to work i watched u tube for days and read page after page but to. No win on my side uhh please any help would be very appreciated thank you for your time and support please let me know any information you may need I will supply it

With KT controllers and some similar brands you can run them 'headless' with throttle control (when set, tho generally an out of the box setting) by shorting the red/blue wires from the display connector. If applicable to yours ?? and tbh without documented confirmation i would not just try it with your h/w.. can you get the display pinout for your kit?
