From what i have read regarding 3500mah they just don't cycle that well with a high discharge rate, their DC impedance goes up quickly.
I ended up with 18650PF 16S7P with a 50amp BMS for that very reason, though it is only peaking 3Kw into a 500W GM

The MXUS 45mm stator can swallow so much more, I'd be useing 10P of the 3000mah range of cells and still trying to control the urge to not get close to the claimed C rates of the cells.
Wireing, I would not bother with the breaker myself but for DC in the C60 form factor you can find 15KA versions rather than 10KA they are all resistive though. A better alternative would be AIRPAX (Magnetic trip) that can run at %100 duty cycle. They are all a pita to put on a bike though.
At this point people would be asking what are your goals and expectations wheel size ect.
