Holy damn Luke, I was looking at the carbon blade thinking "that might not hold an edge long, he should use ceramic blades!" ...and not a scroll down the page was your sushi knife! Well thought out man! I used to be into making knives...but have been out of the game for a while. I made them out of railroad spikes mostly. This little undetectable tactical thing you have here is quite the breakthrough! I want to see a folder tailored after the benchmade locking ones now!
