I have been building this for a while. I had my kit on 3 bikes total, and this one feels the best. dual suspension, and the front forks are absolutely awesome. Its a 48v 1000W rear hub kit from ebikeling. The motor has done really well considering all the weight I have on the bike.

the bike is an older Mongoose, all steel and very comfortable. I still need to get a new cable for the rear brake, a cable for the front sprocket, and of course I will need to upgrade to a lipo battery pack. For now I am using 4 lead acid batteries until i save up enough to buy a lipo pack.

It rides great, and it is plenty fast for my needs.

That's my kind of high practicality build....but as an fyi..I used that same sort of frame for a heavy lead acid build, and it slowly started bending where the shock mounts to the frame...switched to a different Mongoose that had less lever arm between the shock and the bottom bracket...

One that didn't bend....but that did crack right on top of where the seat assembly is welded.
