Finally done!!! I present you my electric dream;

Started has a BRM Chassis with 125cc Rotax JR used that I paid 1500$ Canadian last summer, I sold the Rotax 125cc for 800$ CAD..... the idea was to use the Etek (that I was using on my electric scooter)...then I realised I need more power.

D&D Motor ES15A
Kelly 96 Volt (120V max) 500 Amp max controller (400 Amp for 5 minutes)
3 Battery Pack made with 80 A123 cell from Dewalt 36V pack (setup in 30S8P)
400Amp fuse
600Amp 50mV Shunt
3 set of SB350 Anderson Power Connector (one for each battery pack, 3 in total)
Nissan 350Z throttle pedal sensor + industrial switch for 0 throttle input + brake switch
Cycle Analist big screen 200 Volt in aluminium enclosure mounted on the steering wheel
Emergency switch + Ignition switch mounted on steering column
#40 Chain and sproket 40 on axle and 30 or 40 on motor (currently using the 30)
3 Icharger 1010B+ with MeanWell power supply (charge pack fully in 2 hours)

So far, run time is about 20 minutes of pure fun!!!

Today I bent the rear axle (I hit the sidewalk backword at 20KM/H) 250$ CAD + 4hours later I was ready with a brand new axle :D

I did some test..... it's very fast, but I don't like to slow throttle ramp current of the kelly controller, way too slow (even set at maximum using the software) it start at 100 Amp...then slowly ramp too 370Amp...I may try to modify it, or get a Curtis500Amp or Logisystem 750 Amp.

I hit 108KM/H on my street with my Garmin GPS :D (with low speed gear )

Yes , that's the one :)

I have to put some High Voltage sticker and some lexan protection over the high voltage/high power section...

Excellent Work Robin!
The quality and details is impressive!.. all converge to POWER !!

I like that!

The controller and contactor look so small compare to the rest.. and these heavy cables!!

I need to do a ride with that beast!!
