Yeah JB Weld is awesome stuff theres more of that on my jeep then duct tape, sadly the bike had no crank to begin with as the frame was free for this reason, im getting a guy i met to weld a pipe to the bottom for foot pegs(actually a second handle bar i have lying around) im also gunna fab a foot leaver to use for breaking as i want to use a rear internal gear hub with a drum break, yeah it is pretty ghetto for now but it will be nice in the end i hope.
EDIT: Also so safe in "uber" terms if i go with a lower amp controller for my 20 amp motor say 15 or 20 amp controller instead of the 25 i got how will that effect my run time? will i get longer rides? can i simply modify the controller i have by removing one of the shunts? or is there more to it then that. The battery pack i have right now i bought used for 15 dollars (all 3 batteries for $5 each) and it was well beaten before i got a hold of them so im not to concerned with the life time of this pack, i was going to upgrade to something like a 36 Volt 20Amp Hr NiMH pack and would prefer to stay at 36 Volts, the only thing i want to use this for is showing off and getting stuff from the store, i walk to work as its only 2 blocks and i need the exercise
