I decided to assemble a new battery on iron phosphate IFR-32140 15A.
Nowhere to put it, it will be instead of a passenger))

The body is made of 2 mm thick sheet material + ABS plastic on top.

And then the question arose, what to charge this miracle with... I tried many chargers, and I'm not looking for simple ways, I chose a super-tricky charger with a large number of charging modes, 238 settings items, the ability to create a bunch of files in the XML extension and load them into the charger as presets, via Wi-Fi, the charger has its own web interface, login via IP address 192.168.4.1.

SouthROL the same thing HEXA POWER

That is a lot of battery and weight in the back. It won't do the handling of the scooter any good. If it rides terrible this way, you could consider placing the battery box in the middle on the foot board and only use the foot pegs.

Yes, you are right, but I did it on purpose, there have already been cases in my life when the steering column was torn off, I have no time to weld it with an additional steel plate.
But in general, the weight imbalance is only at the start, then I do not notice it at all. Moreover, before this I carried a passenger of 68 kg. But the traction has dropped, the controller does not pull, I will replace it ...

Weld 3...5mm. steel plate.

Nice work on building the battery! Have you checked the voltage sag full throttle? What's the cost per cell shipped?

Thanks ;)
The drop is very small, I only drove it once, I don't have time to test it yet, the BMS wrote: 2200W 32A.
I drove uphill at most. The charge was 68V, I drove uphill - downhill, 10km the charge was 66.5...67V restored.

What's the cost per cell shipped?
Price 6.11$ 1 can x 60pc + shipping 31.54$
