I got my hands on an outback board and hope to follow your exampleI am looking for alternate motors and batteries right now, just to have some options. Have you considered putting the battery between the two steel tubes at the buttom of the board?
Is there an option for more speed on your setup? My MTB is capable of 34kmh which I rarely use but still like the option of.
