NCR18650PD Anybody heard of this cell yet and maybe a source

I got my PD's from fasttech. Before I built them in a pack I measured them at 2600mah discharging at 3A from 4.15v to 2.8. So not 100% but not duds either. Seemed to be the right model going by the discharge curves online. But yeah, sorry to hear you only got 1500 out of yours.

Aren't these cells fully charged at 4.3v? How much did you pay your pack?

The cells are the regular 4.2v. They were $6 ea from fasttech.

According to most spec they have:
Min Capacity:.2750 mAh;
Typical Capacity:.2900 mAh

So at 2600mAH it's lower than minimal capacity???
