Eh. You'd have to cut off the cigarette lighter plug. And it's lead. Needs watt hours. Built in charger is nice, though.

Looks like my link is a bit dodgy. I didn't mean the SLA unit. Click on the picture of the 'universal lithium ion battery pack. Selectable output voltage of 5, 6, 7.5, 9, 12, 14, 16 & 19 V. Charging voltage between 5 & 24 V. The car charger lead isn't permanently attached. The unit contains a 44 watt hour battery & three DC-DC converters.
 
It would take three of those in parallel to run my laptop.

Nice, but $170? Damn, man. I'll a $20 lead acid will do the same (less the charger and selectable voltage).
