I finally got my Cromotor V3. A picture is linked below

Rear: Cromotor V3, 9.3kv 4T
Front: Dual Rotor Front 20mm Axle, 36H Hub
*Seeking: 17"x1.6" ish rim/spoke build, can do 18" rims, definitely not a larger diameter though. More in info below.

So I need help finding the right rim and spokes so that I can take it to a local bike shop. I've gone to two shops near by, called a 3rd, and tried a motorcycle dealership but no one has the rims/spokes or even access to them period. So I will need to order the rim/spokes so that they can lace and true the wheels. They all seem to quote $60 for the build except the moto dealership that couldn't give me an answer and suggested I try a bicycle shop lol.

I'm trying to get a 17"x by about 1.6" moto rim. Perhaps the 17"x2.5" rim would work with 2.5" tires? If so then that may be preferred if there are strength benefits from the wider rim. My max tire width for my EEB seems to be about 2.75" if I want to keep front and rear matching.
Any help would be very much appreciated. I'm all ears to any recommendations too. If anyone can link exactly what I should buy then I'll even name my first kid after you or get beat by my girl after giving it a good attempt

And here is a picture of my cromotor that has just arrived. I taped up the cables a little bit so it fits more neatly in the box it came in. The paint is a bit scuffed up but I'm not worried. I can probably find something to touch it up with. I purchased this from http://www.zelenavozila.com/#!cromotor/c1ger It took about 2-3 weeks to arrive to residence in USA. Got stuck in NY distribution center for over a week for whatever reason.
