Need help for Hall sensor type Shengyi DWG 25P 750watt motor.

I am trying to fix judder on start. I have new motor cable on the way. It appears I have no continuity on a couple hall lines. Yellow hall is stuck on 5v. The other 2 no volts.
Biktrix does not carry motor parts. They are of no help at all. They will sell me a new motor. I would like to fix it.

Code 21, poor torque sensor power resolved.
I changed motor cable, replaced planetary gears and no change. Gave up and took it to Sugar Valley Bicycle Shop in Ohio. Adam the owner opened the motor and found a short between the PCB ground and white wire (speed wire). Some solder was touching between the two. Although, judder was going on before I soldered the new hall sensor wires I never found a short after I closed the motor. The ebike motor tester indicated all hall and phase wires were ok.
Hats off to Adam and Andrew for getting me back on the road. They have a well stock shop with a lot of ebikes. It was well worth the two hour drive from Mentor Ohio.

That seems pretty stellar to find someone in a bike shop able to do pcb level diagnosis and repair! Hats off for sure!
