This is my controller...
Voltage: 48V
Power: 1000W
Size: 21.4*9.5*4.5cm
Net Weight: 0.68kg
Max. Cut-off Current: 30A
Max. Cut-off Voltage: 60V
MOSFET: 15 pcs (ST NEC)

My battery Lifepo4 48V 25AH (for more info see link)

Here are the options for my BMS and I dont know what I should select. I am looking for best speed but I am 240lbs.

With a 30A controller, all you need is a 30A BMS, but you selected an upgradc to a 60A, which a wise decision imo, in case you want more power from the system.

conhismotor controller isn't a powerful 30amps. Just buy the hub motor rear 48v 1000watts + thumb throttle. exclude controller and everything.
for the controller you have several choices like huatong, greentime . my suggest choose a custom controller you can choose voltages from 48v to 96volts that sure meet your one of your choices.

BMS ? why not choose lipos ?

I dont know enough about batteries to build my own and I want it to last so I am going to go with a Lifepo4 48V 25AH. The BMS comes with the battery so I need to know should I pick the 30A, 60A, or 120A BMS?

With that being said I am a big guy and with the battery weight I am hoping to get 30mph or more from the setup. So the controller is key but I dont want to fry the motor. So what voltage controller would you recommend?
